OPTION 1.
Contact your Insurance Company Claims Department
Your Insurance Company will be the one who will help you through the claims process, this will be your first point of contact, however, some will ask you to speak with your Surex Advisor first. Either way, we are here to help.
You can find your Insurance Company’s claim information below. Call them with your policy number handy, and they will get to work for you.

Call or email your Surex Insurance Advisor
We are here to help, all claims need to go through your carrier but we can help if you need information. If you don’t know your Advisor’s information call our offices anytime or search here:
